GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT
INCREASE THE CHANCE OF WINNING.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to those who sign up on the following online Giveaway page and who are at least 18+ years old at the time of entry. The Giveaway is open to the legal residents of Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park and Spruce Grove.
Employees of KELLY’S LANDSCAPING LTD. (the “Sponsor”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agents, suppliers and immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
3. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, you agree to be fully, unconditionally bound by these Rules and you warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of KELLY’S LANDSCAPING LTD. as find and binding as it relates to the content. The Giveaway is subject to all federal and provincial laws.
4. GIVEAWAY PERIOD: All entries must be accepted online by 12:00 noon on August 1st, 2019, Mountain Time. Winner will be drawn at 14:00 August 1st, 2019.
5. HOW TO ENTER: The Giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the following online form hereafter. The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win the prize. Entries that do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of KELLY’S LANDSCAPING LTD. You may enter only once. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses , identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods, or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of KELLY’S LANDSCAPING LTD.
6. PRIZE: The approximate retail value of the make over is $5,000.00. You are not guaranteed to win a prize and your chance of winning is dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. The specifics of the price will be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal and provincial taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for KELLY’S LANDSCAPING LTD. to use the winner’s name, likeness, entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: A winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The winner will be notified via e-mail, and only through email, the email address they enter in the Giveaway within five (5) days following the winner selection. KELLY’S LANDSCAPING LTD. shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to the winner’s spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 72 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return an executed declaration and release as requested, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE GIVEAWAY AND ALL WINNER PRIVILEGES WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

RIGHTS GRANTED BY YOU: By entering this Giveaway you understand that KELLY’S LANDSCAPING LTD. will have the right, without further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute and use in any media, your entry, including without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image and image of your yard for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor only and not to Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest, LinkedIn or Google.
